Not a lawn and a palm tree. The garden has been composed year-by-year — jasmine, bougainvillea, fig, lemon, olive, rosemary, lavender. Shaded corners appear wherever the sun moves. Evening scent is the kind people remember ten years later.

200 × 220 cm king bed, French doors to the terrace, en-suite bathroom. The easiest room for grandparents or anyone avoiding stairs.

Loft — upper level

160 × 200 cm double. Steep staircase, lower ceilings. A private eyrie for couples or teenagers who want their own space. Skylight for stargazing.

The loft has a steep staircase.

The upper room is loft-style with lower ceilings and a steep staircase. If you prefer step-free, the two ground-floor bedrooms sleep four comfortably. Mention this in your enquiry.

Quiet hours are observed.

Residential hillside, no outdoor music after 22:00. That's why it's quiet. Parties welcome elsewhere on the Riviera — not here.

No pets.

We protect guests with allergies and the garden itself. Local pet-sitting services are available — Lana can recommend.

Car strongly recommended.

Villa is on a hill in a residential street. For full use of the Riviera a car (or airport transfer + rental) is advised.

What is the minimum stay?

7 nights in all open months (June–September). For short stays around existing dates, message Lana directly — occasionally possible.

What are the exact bed sizes?

200 × 220 cm, 180 × 200 cm, 160 × 200 cm. Tell Lana your preferences when you enquire.

Is parking available?

Yes — private parking on site for 2 cars. Lana can help arrange airport transfers — ask for a quote with your flight times.

Can you arrange a private chef or boat?

Often yes — private chef, wine tastings, and day boats are arranged on request through trusted local partners (subject to season and availability).

Is April or October possible?

The villa is generally closed outside June–September. Occasionally individual rooms are available — worth asking directly.
